Incase vital information like complete mailing address with Pin Code and beneficiary name with date of birth & photographs is not provided to us within 15 working days of registration as Sahara Care House Member, the Health Cover and House Hold Cover would not be provided for the whole period of validity of the Membership.

In case complete address and a copy of PAN/TAN information is not provided to us, all incentives and payouts would be held up till such information is made available.

Incase any wrong/misleading information is provided by any Member, Sahara Care House would not be responsible for consequences arising thereof. Legal /Disciplinary action may be initiated in such cases as deemed fit.

of any error Sahara Care house will not be liable for any loss / inconvenience /
